If you are not satisfied or if something has gone awry with your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com within 14 days from date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Truly Aesthetic's error will not be eligible for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has passed inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days depending on your credit card or bank's processing time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your refund sorted out as promptly as possible.
Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com with details of the damage and your product exchange will be processed promptly.
Shipping your return
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your product. Any products sent without notification will not be processed.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
